Message to wives: This is what happens when you have to attend after-work meetings, and your husbands are left alone with eggs, white bread, olive oil, salted butter, and a half-pound of ribeye.

No vegetables were harmed in the making of this dinner.

Thanks! Those eggs were actually cracked into a hole in the toasted slices. Egg in bread - Brit cuisine!

It looks wonderful. That would be four meals worth of protein for me, though.
