From an employment contract:
Party B agrees that Party B will not be responsible for the delay, cancellation or non-issue of a work visa by the Chinese government or for Party B being prevented ftom entering China due to any restrictive governmental law or regulations, riots, insurrection, war or other reasons of a like nature not the fault of Party A.
